There's no doubt about it, McKinney is on the rise and it doesn't look like we're slowing down! 2018 was a year of development, with the opening of 380 Commons (the Costco shopping center), expansion of downtown McKinney and new strip centers opening on every corner. It gets me so excited thinking about all the new businesses making McKinney home! Here are a few openings we're looking forward to in 2019.

Hub 121- Craig Ranch
The always growing Craig Ranch has big plans in store! Hub 121 will be 60,000 square feet of urban housing, offices, a hospitality component, a pavilion area, and a performance stage for live music and family movie nights.
The Avenue at McKinney- coming to Custer and 380
What has been referred to in the past as restaurant row. The Avenue features 12-13 restaurants, 10-12 retail spaces and entertainment space totaling 393,300 square feet on 51 acres at the southeast corner of Custer Road and US 380.
